The course about clinical trials has started

From May 13-18, 2018 The Doctoral School of Clinical Medicine and the Clinical Research Centre are organizing the course „Research methods for clinical trials: A short course in design and management of clinical trials“ to PhD students of the Faculty of Medicine.

The course covers concepts in the design, conduct, analysis and reporting of randomised controlled trials. Also includes practical exercises and examples along with short lectures. The program is chaired by professor Nick Freemantle who is joined by his colleagues from the Comprehensive Clinical Trials Unit at the University College London.

The course is being organized by The Clinical Research Centre (financed by the European Union European Regional Development Fund), The Doctoral School of Clinical Medicine (ASTRA project PER ASPERA of the University of Tartu, financed by the European Union European Regional Development Fund) and The State Agency of Medicines.
